Our Skin Cancer / Dermatology Services

Our Skin Cancer Clinic provides careful skin checks, early diagnosis and practical treatment options for sun-damaged skin and skin cancers. Whether you need a routine full-body check, monitoring of existing moles or treatment for a confirmed lesion, our doctors use modern tools and clear explanations so you understand each step of your care.

Skin Checks & Screening

Thorough skin checks to review moles, sunspots and other lesions from head to toe, or focused on specific areas of concern. These appointments are ideal for anyone with a history of sun exposure, fair skin or changing spots.

Digital Dermoscopy & Mole Mapping

High-magnification digital images are used to examine and record individual moles and lesions. This allows your doctor to compare changes over time and pick up early signs that may not be visible to the naked eye.

Total Body Photography & Surveillance

Full-body photographic records help track your skin over months and years. This is especially useful for patients with many moles, previous skin cancers or higher lifetime risk.

Spot / Single Lesion Checks

Targeted appointments for one or two specific spots you’re worried about between routine skin checks. Your doctor assesses the lesion and advises on monitoring, further testing or treatment if needed.

Procedures & Skin Surgery (Biopsy, Excision, Grafts)

When a lesion needs closer assessment or removal, our doctors perform minor skin surgery under local anaesthetic. Samples are sent for pathology, and options such as excision or small grafts are discussed with you beforehand.

Non-surgical Treatments (Cryotherapy, Electrodesiccation)

Some sun-damaged or precancerous areas can be treated without surgery using methods like freezing (cryotherapy) or carefully controlled heat/electrodesiccation. Your doctor will recommend the option that best fits the type and location of the lesion.

High-Risk / Recall Program

Patients with a higher risk of skin cancer are offered a structured recall program. We schedule regular reviews and reminders so ongoing checks become a routine part of looking after your skin health.
